Allahümme İnni Euzü Bike Dua: Recitation, Meaning & Virtues

Arabic Recitation

Allahümme innî eûzü bike minel keseli vel harami, vec-cetti’l-harâmi, ve mennatil-eflaki, ve fitneti’d-deccali, ve esebi’l-mabet.

English Meaning

“O Allah, I seek refuge in You from laziness, senility, the decline of old age, environments that lead to sin, indebtedness, the trial of the grave, the torment of the grave, the trial of Hellfire, the torment of Hellfire, and the trial of wealth. I also seek refuge in You from the trial of poverty. I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Antichrist (Al-Masih ad-Dajjal). O Allah, wash away my sins as rain washes away dirt. Just as you cleanse a white garment of impurities, purify my heart of sins. Remove my sins as you have removed the distance between the east and the west.” (Bukhari, Du’a 39)
