Prayers Our Prophet (PBUH) Recited Upon Leaving a Gathering
Ibn Umar radıyallahu anh narrated that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam frequently recited the following supplication when leaving a gathering:
“O Allah! Grant us enough fear to remove our sins from among us. Bestow upon us sufficient deeds to lead us to Your Paradise. Strengthen our faith so that it alleviates worldly calamities. O Allah! As long as You keep us alive, benefit us with our hearing, sight, and strength; and make them continuous until our death. Take vengeance on those who oppress us. Help us against those who are hostile to us. Do not test us in our religion. Make this world the least of our concerns and the end of our aspirations. Do not send upon us those who show no mercy.” (Tirmidhi, Daawat 80)
