Hadith
It is narrated on the authority of Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw spittle on the qibla wall of the mosque. It was evident from his face that he was greatly distressed. He immediately got up and scraped it away with a pebble he picked up. Then he said: “Whenever a person stands for prayer, he turns towards his Lord. And his Lord is between him and the qibla. So none of you should spit in the direction of the qibla. If one is compelled to do so, let him spit to his left or under his feet.” Then he took the end of his cloak, spat into it, and folded it. “Or do like this,” he said.

What We Learn
  1. 1Mosques and mosques should be treated with utmost respect because they are places of worship.
  2. 2Respect must be shown to the qibla; one should never spit towards the qibla during prayer or outside of it.
  3. 3Both the imam and the congregation should pay attention to the cleanliness of the mosque.
  4. 4Those who know the commands of religion should teach others with a beautiful style, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did, in those who do not know.
  5. 5It is permissible to get angry at those who show disrespect to the mosque and the qibla. ⟪BOLUM⟫MANAGERS SHOULD BE GENTLE WITH THOSE THEY MANAGE ⟪BOLUM⟫MANAGERS SHOULD TREAT THE PEOPLE THEY MANAGE WITH SOFTNESS, WISH THEM GOOD, SHOW COMPASSION, AVOID DECEPTION, AVOID BAD TREATMENT, AND NEGLECT THEIR AFFAIRS.
