Hadith
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings upon him, would say when he set out on a campaign: “Allahumma anta adudi wa nasiri, bike ehulu wa bike asulu wa bike ukâtilü: O Allah! You are my supporter and helper. I move with Your support; I attack the enemy with Your help; I fight against the enemy with the strength and power that you give.”

What We Learn
- 1The Prophet, peace and blessings upon him, performed various supplications at different times and places, according to the conditions of that day.
- 2Supplication does not prevent a person from taking measures as much as he can and making the necessary preparations.
- 3Supplication should be made with complete trust and unwavering faith in Allah.
- 4It is more virtuous to supplicate in times of difficulty, hardship, distress, and adversity.
- 5It is natural for prophets to feel fear and anxiety as human beings.
