Prayer Section · 38 – The Prayer to be Recited After the Adhan (Call to Prayer)
Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said: “Whoever hears the adhan and says, ‘O Allah, Lord of the complete call (until the Day of Resurrection), Lord of the prayer that is commanded, grant Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) assistance and excellence, and send him to the praised station which You promised him,’ then intercession will be lawful for him on the Day of Resurrection.” [346]
