2623 – It is narrated from ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿUmar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Let none of you milk another person’s animal without his permission. If one of you were to come to his own storage and find its lock broken and its food scattered, would he be pleased with that? Indeed, the udders of animals store their food for them. So let none of you milk another person’s animal without his permission.” [431]
