CHAPTER ON FASTING · 35 – Why Kissing One's Wife is Unlawful for a Young Person Who Is Fasting
Abu Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated:
A man asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about the ruling regarding intimate relations with his wife while fasting. He was given permission. Then another came and asked (the same question) and he forbade it. The one to whom permission was granted was an elderly man, and the one who was forbidden was a young man.
