SECTION ON INHERITANCE · 1 – LEARNING THE SCIENCE OF INHERITANCE
From Abdullah bin Amr bin As (may Allah be pleased with him), it is narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There are three sciences. Learning beyond these is superfluous. The science of muhkam verses [of the Qur’an], the science of the authentic Sunnah transmitted from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and the science of faraidh, with which justice is established.” [590]
