SHOPPING SECTION · 30 – PARTNERSHIP WITHOUT CAPITAL
Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
We – Ammar and Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with them both) – shared in the spoils of war obtained on the day of Badr. Sa’d came with two captives, while Ammar and I brought nothing.
[Note:] This honorable hadith is evidence that two individuals may share in profits. For example, two tailors, two turners, or two laborers may open a joint shop and share whatever they earn.
