Fedâle ibn ‘Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said, “Every person’s deeds are closed upon his death, except for the *murabit* (one who keeps watch at the borders in the path of Allah); his deeds continue to increase until the Day of Resurrection. He is safe from the tribulation of the grave (from *munker* and *nakir).*” [358]
