JIHAD SECTION · 150 – Whoever kills a heavily wounded enemy may take part of his spoils.
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave me Abu Jahil’s sword on the day of Badr, in addition to my share. The narrator says: It was he who killed the wounded Abu Jahil.
