CHAPTER 7 – THE RIGHT OF A NEFARY IN INHERITANCE
According to a narration from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him):
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said: “Distribute among the sharers [of inheritance] according to Allah’s Book. And that which remains after the shares, give it to the male closest to the deceased.”
