THE CHAPTER OF FASTING · 50 – THE PROHIBITION OF FASTING ONLY ON FRIDAYS
Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said: “Let none of you fast on the day of Friday, except he fasts a day before it or a day after it.” [307]
