JIHAD SECTION · 72 – ENTERING THE MOSQUE WITH AN ARROW
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) forbade a person who was practicing archery in the mosque from carrying his bow naked, but ordered him to carry it by its iron ring.
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said, “If any of you passes by our mosque or marketplace with a bow, let him grasp its iron [head] or cover it with his hand so that it does not strike a Muslim.”
