THE CORPES EPISODE · 43 – STANDING IN LINE FOR THE FUNERAL PRAYER
Malik ibn Hubayra, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated:
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Any Muslim who dies and Muslims pray over him in three rows (of a congregation) then Paradise becomes obligatory for him.” Due to this hadith, Malik ibn Hubayra would divide the funeral congregation into three rows when the number of people was few.
