LEASE SECTION · 82 – ACCEPTING GIFTS
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) related:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) would accept gifts and reciprocate with gifts.
Abū Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said: “I swear by Allah that after today, I will not accept a gift from anyone other than the Muḥājirīn of Quraysh, the Anṣār, the Daws, and the Sāqif.”
