CHAPTER · 49 – EATING THE FALLEN BITE
Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) related:
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) would lick the three fingers he used when eating. He said, “Let none of you leave a morsel fallen on the ground for Satan.” The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) commanded us to clean our bowls. And again, he said, “None of you knows in which part of his food is the blessing.”
