Numan ibn Bishr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated:

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings upon him) said: “Wine is made from grapes, wine is made from dates, wine is made from honey, wine is made from wheat, and wine is made from barley.”

Narrated By Numan bin Bashir:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Wine is made from grapes, dried raisins, dates, wheat, barley, and millet. I forbid you from all intoxicants.”

Abū Hurayrah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Intoxicants are made from the fruits of two trees: dates and grapes.”

Abū Dāwūd said: The full name of Abī Kisaar Kubārī is Yazīd bin Abdurrahman bin Gufaylah as-Sahmī. Some say it is Uzayn. The correct one is Gufaylah.
