The Exalted Reward of Cuayl b. Sürâka in the Hereafter
In Ci’râne, during the distribution of abundant charity,[556] Sa’d b. Abi Waqqas[557] said: “O Messenger of Allah! You left Cuayl b. Sürâka and gave Uyeyne b. Hısn and Akra1 b. Hâbis[558] and similar ones[559] hundreds of camels![560][561]” Our Prophet, peace be upon him, said: “I swear by Allah, whose power is absolute, that even if the earth were filled with people like Uyeyne and Akra1, Cuayl b. Sürâka would still be better than all of them! However, I am supporting those to embrace and become accustomed to Islam, while I have entrusted Cuayl b. Sürâka to his steadfast Islam and the superior rewards prepared for him in the Hereafter!”[562] May Allah be pleased with him![563]
