The Prophet's Indication of Where the Disbelievers Would Fall at Badr
Hazrat Umar, while narrating the Battle of Badr; “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), in Badr at evening, regarding the places where the disbelievers would be struck and fall: ‘This is, insha’Allah, the place where tomorrow the infidels will be struck and fall! [133] This is, insha’Allah, the place where tomorrow the infidels will be struck and fall![134] This is, insha’Allah, the place where tomorrow the infidels will be struck and fall!’ he said[135] and placed his hand on each of those places where they would be struck and fall.[136] I swear by Allah, Who sent him as a Prophet with truth,[137] Whose existence is in His Power, that none of them passed beyond the place where the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) placed his hand or palm.” he said.[139]
