Her mother was Umm Kulthūm bint Abū Bakr. She married her maternal cousin ʿAbd Allāh ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Abī Bakr. After separating from him, she married Musʿab b. al-Zubayr. Musʿab gave her a dowry of 100,000 dinars; she possessed radiant beauty. Her beauty was truly remarkable—there was no woman more beautiful than her in her time. She passed away in Medina.

He narrated many reports. He was among the most virtuous people of his time.
ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Abān
He was the son of ʿUthmān. He narrated numerous reports from the community of the Companions (ṣaḥāba).
