As explained on previous pages, the German ruler had come with 300,000 warriors. Some of them perished on the roads. The ruler was able to reach the Crusaders only with 5,000 (according to another report, 2,000) warriors. He aimed to destroy Islām and to take all the towns from the Muslims. He wanted to take revenge for Jerusalem. Allah Almighty drowned him like Pharaoh and destroyed him. After him, his younger son succeeded him. He also went to the Crusaders with the remaining soldiers in his retinue. The Crusaders had besieged Acre. Then he also died in this year. Praise and gratitude be to Allah.
