He passed away between the twentieth and thirtieth of the month of Ramaḍān of this year. A few days before his death, he saw the Prophet (s.a.w.) in a dream, and the Prophet (s.a.w.) said to him, "You are forgiven," or spoke words to that effect. He was one of the emirs serving under Ḥusām al-Dīn Laçīn.
