Najm al-Din Ayyub b. ʿĀdil. He was the governor of Ahlat. It is narrated that he shed much blood and treated the people badly. Therefore, Almighty Allah shortened his life. He died in the month of Rabiʿ al-Awwal this year. After him, his brother Malik Ashraf Musa succeeded to his position. Ashraf Musa's administration was good, and his intention was sincere. He bestowed beneficence upon the people of Ahlat. The people loved him greatly.

Harem Faqīhī and the Sharif of Mecca

His real name was Muḥammad b. Ismāʿīl b. Abī al-Sayf al-Yamanī. He died this year. May Allah have mercy on him.

Qurrāʾ and Muḥaddith Abū Isḥāq Ibrāhīm

Abū Isḥāq Ibrāhīm b. Muḥammad b. Abī Bakr al-Kafsī. He wrote many books. He heard many ḥadīth. He died this year. He was buried in the Ṣufiyya cemetery.
