Mubārak b. ʿAlī b. Ḥasan Abū Muḥammad b. Ṭabbah al-Baġdādī. He lived in Mecca. He became a muǧāvir (resident pilgrim) there. He was a ḥadīth ḥānẓī (expert in ḥadīth) in that place. He reached such high ranks in knowledge that he became renowned. Many people attended his funeral ceremony. It was a magnificent day worth seeing.
