Fahreddin Abu Ishaq Ibrahim b. Luqman b. Ahmad b. Muhammad al-Banani al-Misri. He was the head of the Tevkî divan (a chancery or bureau). He was the master of the famous wazirs (viziers), born in the year 612 AH, transmitted hadith, and passed away in Cairo at the end of the month of Jamadi al-Akhir of that year.
