This person was the owner of the Kılıciye endowment belonging to the Hanafis. When he passed away this year, he was buried in the tomb in the aforementioned madrasa. This madrasa was located in the Dār al-Fūlūs district. May Allah accept his good deeds.
Among the famous personalities who died this year were also the following individuals: Jabal preacher Sherefuddin ʿAbdullah b. Shaykh Abū ʿUmar. May Allah have mercy on him.
Seyf Ahmed b. ʿĪsā b. Imām Muwafaq al-Dīn b. Kudāmah.
The Kullāsa imam Shaykh Taj al-Dīn Abū'l-Ḥasan Muhammad b. Abī Jāfir. This person was one of the great men consulted in his time. In terms of narration and righteousness, he was a hadith shaykh in his era. May Almighty Allah have mercy on him.
Sherefuddin Ahmed b. Jawharī and Taj al-Dīn ʿAbd al-Jalīl al-Ebhirī also passed away this year. They were great hadith memorizers. They left beneficial works. May Allah be pleased with them.
