Shaykh Nizām al-Dīn Aḥmad b. Shaykh Jalāl al-Dīn Maḥmūd b. Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-Salām al-Ḥusārī al-Ḥanafī. He was a mudarris (professor) at the Nūriyya Madrasa. He passed away on the eighth of Muḥarram and was buried on the ninth, Friday, in the Ṣūfī cemetery. He was a virtuous person. At one time, he served as a qāḍī naʾīb (deputy judge). After his father, he taught at the Nūriyya Madrasa. After his death, Shaykh Shams al-Dīn b. Ṣādir Sulaymān b. Nāqib taught there.
