Az-Zukhruf is interpreted in three ways:
1. Az-Zukhruf is used in the sense of dhahab (gold); as in the following verses:
...and (limitless) zukhruf (that is, dhahab / gold}... (az-Zukhruf 43:35)
Or you have a house of zukhruf (that is, made of dhahab / gold}... (al-Isrāʾ 17:93)
2. Zukhruf is used in the sense of beauty; as in the following verse:
When the earth has taken on its zukhruf {that is, when it has been beautified / attained its beauty with vegetation}... (Yūnus 10:24)
3. Zukhruf is used in the sense of adorning / embellishing; as in the following verse:
The zukhruf of speech to deceive {that is, the embellished / adorned / decorated form of speech, in order to deceive with it}... (al-Anʿām 6:112)
