Chronological Table of the Age of Bliss presents the major events year by year from the birth of the Noble Prophet (CE 571) to his passing (CE 632 / AH 11). The table is based on the chronology at the end of Osman Keskioğlu's Siyer-i Nebî – The Life of the Prophet (Presidency of Religious Affairs). Dates are given in the Gregorian calendar; the prophetic period is also given with bi'sa (prophethood) years, and the Medinan period with Hijri years.

Birth and Pre-Prophethood Period (Gregorian)

575After staying five years with his wet nurse Halima in the tribe of Sa'd, his return to his family in Mecca.
577His mother Amina, together with Umm Ayman, visits her husband's grave in Medina and passes away in the village of Abwa on the return journey.
577His grandfather Abdulmuttalib takes the Prophet under his protection.
579After Abdulmuttalib's death, he remains under the protection of his uncle Abu Talib.

606During the reconstruction of the Kaaba, the Prophet, known as "Muhammad al-Amin" by the Quraysh, fulfills with justice the task of placing the Black Stone (Hajar al-Aswad) in its place.

628Hijri 6-7The Treaty of Hudaybiyyah; letters of invitation to Islam sent to rulers (Heraclius, Khosrow Parviz, Muqawqis, the Negus, and other rulers); the conquest of Khaybar and Ali's heroism; the Jews of Fadak are subjected to tribute; marriage to Safiyyah; the prohibition of temporary marriage (mut'a); the return of Ja'far al-Tayyar and the emigrants from Abyssinia.
