ʿAbd al-Bārī is close to ʿAbd al-Ḥāliq. He is the one whose knowledge is purified from disorder and conflict. This person acts only in ways free from hatred, performing deeds that fully correspond to the rank of the Name al-Bārī (the Maker). As Allah says: "You will not see any disorder in the creation of the Most Merciful." (cf. al-Mulk 67:3) For the one upon whom the manifestation (tajallī) of al-Bārī occurs is among the names that fall under the authority of the Name al-Raḥmān (the Most Merciful).
