Ahadiyyat al-jamʿ refers to the manifestation (tajalli) of the Divine Essence (al-Dhāt) as Essence, without reference to the affirmation or negation (existence or non-existence) of attributes and names, in relation to the station (martaba) of wāḥidiyya (the oneness of all divine names and attributes as their source). In this regard, it can serve as a name for the Essence, and the falling away of relations (nisba) may also be designated in this way. It is so named because it gathers both aḥadiyya (absolute oneness) and wāḥidiyya within itself. (Kāshānī, 25; Jāmiʿ, 75)
