The word cevv resembles the word devv (which means illness and vast land). Water that has changed (in quality) is also called cevv. (Ravza, 348)
"Cevāhir-i ʿulūm ve anbiyā ve maʿārif" (the essences of the sciences, the prophets, and the gnoses) are the realities that do not undergo change or transformation with the differentiation of sharia (sharia), communities (ummah), and times. Just as Allah the Exalted says: "He has ordained for you of religion what He enjoined upon Noah and that which We have revealed to you, and what We enjoined upon Abraham, Moses, and Jesus—to establish the religion and not be divided therein." (al-Shūrā 42:13) (Kāshānī, 43; Jāmiʿ, 80)
