Dehriyyūn (Dehrīs) are among the earliest religious trends; they deny the Sānī (the Creator), the Mudabbir (the Governor), the ʿĀlim (the All-Knowing), and the Qadīr (the All-Powerful)—that is, Allah. They claim that the universe exists by itself without a creator. Similarly, they argue that the living comes from the sperm-drop, and the sperm-drop from the living, and that this will continue eternally. These are zindiqs (heretics). (Munkiz, 96)
dalīl (J-53) Vayn-ı dalīl) ...It is the Real (al-Ḥaqq) who makes it speak, the proof (dalīl) who confirms it, and the Real who makes it free. It is both the proof and the proven. It is that which wipes away the rust from sick hearts. It is the one who brings the Ancient Word (Kalām) beyond intellect, which is untouched by created hands, not fabricated, attached to the Real, and never separated from the Real. It is the one who brings news from the end, from the ends, from the end of the end... (Tawāsīn, 192)
