Every locus of witnessing (mushāhada) in which Allah has placed you and made you privy to the knowledge of "Be" (kun), is the particular relation of power (qudra) with that which is specifically decreed. For the servant has no action in this regard, nor does his contingent power have any effect therein. (Futūḥāt, I, 72)
