Kadem-i ṣıdk (the foot of truthfulness) is a noble precedence and the abundant bounty decreed by God Most High for His righteous and sincere servants, as mentioned in the verse that gives glad tidings of a lofty station of truthfulness (maqām al-ṣidq) in the presence of their Lord for those who have iman (faith). Truthfulness (ṣidq) is the best quality in all things. (Kāshānī, 3, 144; Jāmiʿ, 93)
Kademāni/kademeyn (Ola) Kademeyn (the two feet) refers to two attributes belonging to the Essence (Dhāt) that are mutually opposed. These are considered among the attributes of the Essence, and indeed, they are identical with the Essence itself. These two attributes are: origination-eternity (ḥudūth-qidam), divinity-creatureliness (ḥaqqiyyat-khalqiyyat), existence-nonexistence (wujūd-ʿadam), finitude-infinitude (sonluluk-sonsuzluk), similarity-transcendence (tashbīh-tanzīh), and the like—judgments whose source is the Essence. These belong to the Essence both in their very being and in their attributes. For this reason, the term kademeyn (the two feet) is used for these opposites, because kademeyn is among the forms of the Essence. (Insān, TL, 4)
