Both turn towards the Truth (Ḥaqq). In the other case, the fāḍil (the one possessing virtue) turns to the Truth (Ḥaqq), while the mafḍūl (the one upon whom virtue is bestowed) turns to the people. (Futūḥāt, IV, 94)
mufarriǧ-i aḥzān/mufarriǧ-i kurūb
Mushfarriǧ-i aḥzān and mufarriǧ-i kurūb mean to have iman (faith) in destiny (qadar). (Kāshānī, 87; Jāmiʿ, 99)
