mir’āt-i ḥaḍrat / mir’āt-i wujūd (the mirror of being), mir’āt-i ḥaḍrat (the mirror of the Presence) (Jāmi‘), are determinations (taʿayyunāt) related to inward matters. The forms of these determinations are various beings. For actions are the inward aspect (bāṭin) of the determination (taʿayyun) of wujūd (being) and the determination of the manifest (ẓāhir). In this respect, actions, with their various forms, are mirrors of the one wujūd that becomes manifest in different determinations. (Kāshānī, 82; Jāmi‘, 97)

mir’āt-i ḥaḍrat-i ilāhiyya / mir’āt-i ḥaḍratayn

Mir’āt-i ḥaḍrat-i ilāhiyya (the mirror of the Divine Presence) is the locus where the Essence (Dhāt) manifests with all Its Names. Mir’āt al-ḥaḍratayn (the mirror of the two Presences) refers to the Presence of Necessity (wujūb) and the Presence of Possibility (imkān). This is the perfect human (al-insān al-kāmil). In the same way, mir’āt-i ḥaḍrat-i ilāhiyya (the mirror of the Divine Presence) is also such, for it is the locus where the Essence manifests with all Its Names. (Kāshānī, 83; Jāmi‘, 97)
