mukammil (Sufism Glossary)

Among these inheritors, the mukammil (the one who brings to perfection) is the person who engages in munājāt (intimate supplication) in all languages. Such individuals are especially those who are Muhammadan, for the sharia (the sacred law) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) encompasses all other sharia. (Asfār, 259)
