Müsbit-i cerih is one who, like the light of a lamp that separates from the wick due to smoke and then returns, experiences tawājūd (spiritual ecstasy), and thus whose nafs (the lower self) immediately reestablishes the connection between itself and the body. (Ravza, 667)
Müstağrak bi maḥabbatillāh (one overflowing with love for Allah), a mustaġīs (one who seeks help), is the one who, after the Wird (regular litany) from the Maktūbāt, attains qalb (the heart) tranquility while in the presence of Allah, such a person. This person is moved toward what he wishes his wird to be. (Kudāma, 58)
