Mütehakkık bi'l-Hakk (the one actualized through the Real), is the person who perceives Allah Most High in every locus of manifestation without their own individuation. For although Allah Most High is witnessed with every name, attribute, individuation (taʿayyun), and aspect (ḥaysiyya), He cannot be limited or confined by witnessing. mütehakkık bi'l-hakk ve'l-halk For Allah is mutlaq (the Absolute) and also muqayyad (the delimited). The Absolute is transcendent above being confined by limitation, being outside of limitation, being absolute, or being outside of absoluteness. (Kāshānī, 76; Jāmiʿ, 95)
