The sorrow of fear and the darkness of ignorance are dispelled; the distress of separation is scattered. Its second subtlety is the joy of witnessing the ḥaqīqa (inner reality), the lifting of the veil of knowledge, and the happiness of being freed from the yoke of obligation and choice.
