He has rested due to his fatigue, but has not become the ṣāḥib (possessor) of the secret. The limit of the knowledge and comprehension of the secret is the jabarūt (the realm of divine omnipotence). Insight (baṣīra) has penetrated into the lights of the malakūt (the spiritual world). This is the final point of the journey (sayr). (Rihle, 227)

ʿAql-i ʿĀshir (according to Jās): When you reach the heaven of the world, the spirituality of the lunar sphere comes to you. According to the sages (philosophers), it is the ʿAql-i ʿĀshir (the Tenth Intellect) that awaits in your service. For it is the servant of Adam, and you are its guest. This intellect or angel—call it as you wish—exercises authority over the muwalladāt (generated beings) and the elements (that is, fire, air, water, and earth), and becomes their ruler. When they turn to serve you, they grant you the rank of exercising authority. Then, in the realm of coming-to-be and passing-away (kawn wa fasād), you act as you wish; in the essence of the Tenth Intellect, you see all the imaged forms of the generated beings, and you understand that the forms we see in our world are those. This does not mean that its likeness exists in us; rather, what we see of the muwalladāt are only those we see in the essence of the Tenth Intellect. (Asfār, 152)
