sāʾibāt (Sufism Glossary)

Sāʾibāt is the plural of sāʾiba and refers to those who commit reprehensible acts. In Sufism (taṣawwuf), it is used for those who were formerly in our tariqa (a Sufi path/order) but later chose to join another tariqa.
