It corresponds to the coming together with their forms, or to the manifestation of the relative names that exist hiddenly at the level of aḥadiyya (the station of absolute oneness), and to the appearance of all essential states (aḥwāl) concealed in the essence of aḥadiyya. This is similar to the cosmic realities (ḥaqāʾiq) after their external determination. (Kāshānī, 135; Jāmiʿ, 91)
Retk: Before the heavens and the earth were created, the entirety of the substance belonging to waḥdāniyya (the station of unity), called the greatest interlocked absolute element, is referred to as retk. Meftūk (split, separated) is its state after being determined in created beings. Because there is no manifestation (ẓuhūr), sometimes retk also refers to the relations of the station of waḥdāniyya and, as with the tree hidden in the seed, to the occultation and concealment of the realities hidden in the Essence of Aḥadiyya before their detailed manifestation at the level of aḥadiyya.
