It is the locus of manifestation (mazhar), whereas Allah is the locus of manifestation of ismiyyet (the state of being a name, the names). (Insān, I, 20)
The ḥaqīqas (inner realities) of things, as they are known in the aʿyān-i thābita (immutable archetypes) of the Noble Names (Esmāʾ Ḥaḍrat), were desired to be brought forth from the world of the unseen to the world of witnessing.
