Vech-i Hakk (the Face of the Real, the true aspect) is that by which a thing is truly itself. For a thing to possess ḥaqīqa (inner reality) is only possible through Allah, the Exalted. The verse, "Wherever you turn, there is the Face (wajh) of Allah" (al-Baqara 2:115), alludes to this point through ishāra (subtle indication).
