Verā-yı lübs is the Real (al-Ḥaqq) who is found at the level of aḥadiyya (the station of absolute oneness) before the stage of wāḥidiyya (the station of unity). In the second and subsequent levels, this Real assumes the forms of the names and the realities of the entities (aʿyān), then the forms of the spiritual beings (rūḥāniyyāt), then the imaginal forms (mithālī sūrat), and finally the sensory forms (ḥissī sūrat).
